SIR System Overview
The supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system supplements the protection
offered by the seat belts. The SIR
system contains an inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module (SDM), air
bags, seat belt p

N (Neutral). To restart the vehicle
when it is already moving, use
N (Neutral) only.
Caution
Do not try to shift to P (Park) if the
vehicle is moving. If you do, you
could damage the transmission.
